Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://sosoandbobodesigns.co.uk website (the “Service”) operated by SoSo and BoBo Designs (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Our Services
All of our products are cut to order. We will endeavour to supply the products within 14 working days however during busy periods this may be longer. On our website we provide an estimated shipping date. We will notify you if the delivery time will be longer than the advertised period on our website and you have the right to cancel your order prior to paying should you wish to do so. In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil your order we will issue you a full refund. Should you wish to cancel after paying, this will be at our discretion as every order is cut to order.
All of the stated sizes are approximate only, you should check with us prior to ordering if size is critical to you.
Glass is a fragile product and during the manufacturing process the edges may have slight marks, most will not be visible after fusing. We hand check each item before sending them out however in the unlikely event you are unhappy with the product supplied please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
For bespoke orders we will send you an image of the proposed cut. The design and workability of the items will be your responsibility and you should review carefully before proceeding as we are unable to refund bespoke orders unless the error is ours.
We have not test fired all of our glass products and we can therefore not take any responsibility for how they behave during firing. If you are unsure please check with us before ordering.
All glass is cut using a diamond edge and finished using a 60 Grit polisher. This can lead to the cut edge devitrifying on firing. If this is a critical issue to you we can polish to 220 Grit which should reduce the likelihood of this occurring but it is not guaranteed. Please contact us prior to ordering.
All bespoke designs belong to SoSo and BoBo Designs unless we agree otherwise prior to ordering.
Gift Cards/Vouchers/Coupons
Gift Cards/Vouchers/Coupons can only be redeemed against products purchased on this website. Under no circumstances will gift cards, discount codes or the like be exchanged for any equivalent cash value. Refunds will only be given on unused Gift Vouchers (no partial refunds will be made) and any refunds will only be made to the original purchaser. Unused balances will not be refunded. They cannot be used for any historical transactions only for those made after the voucher/gift card has been issued.
Coupons can generally only be used once to the value of the gift card purchased or discount voucher etc. Purchased gift cards can be used on more than one order up to the maximum value of the amount purchased. Generally all coupons or gifts cards expire at a maximum of 12 months from the date of issue, special offers or promotional codes may expire sooner. In the event of any duplication or utilisation of codes due to customer or website error we reserve the right not to honour the codes used during the purchase. In the event the issued codes are mis-used we reserve the right not to honour any orders and will cancel the order but we will refund any cash amount paid to us. Under no circumstances will gift cards, discount codes or the like be exchanged for a cash value.
We are unable to refund gift card purchases or exchange them for cash. Discount or promotional coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
Coupons and gift cards issued by us are solely for the use on the SoSo and BoBo Design website, they are not redeemable at any other outlet.
Delivery
We generally dispatch our items using Royal Mail and MyHermes. We cannot be held responsible for their service. You will receive an email to notify you that we have completed your order. If you do not receive your order within 5 days (exc. Sundays and Bank Holidays) you must notify us immediately so that we can track your parcel. We always try to take a reasonable approach to damage or loss in transit however this is at our discretion and relies upon us being notified in a reasonable timeframe (as set out above) to allow us the opportunity to track the parcel. We take no responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SoSo and BoBo Designs and its licensors.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by SoSo and BoBo Designs.
SoSo and BoBo Designs has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that SoSo and BoBo Designs shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
